ハイキング
The Elberfelder Hütte stands at 2,346 meters above sea level in the middle of the Schobergruppe, a mountain range in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The hut is located on the Wiener Höhenweg and is an ideal starting point for numerous summit ascents. Even if you don't want to spend the night here, the hut is a great resting place. One of the smaller mountain huts, very cozy and winding. And the drying room is excellent, what you appreciate after a heavy showers. Scenic location, nearby with impressive waterfall.

A very nice, rustic hut in the back Gössnitz valley in the heart of the Schober group. Easily accessible from Heiligenblut in 4-6 hours depending on your condition.
The hut is often referred to as the "spaceship Elberfeld".
