The grounds of the Silbitz manor are accessible. The manor house is not open to the public.

Great new cycle path along the Elster River. The Mühltal valley is almost even more beautiful. My recommendation is to follow the cycle path as it was sketched there and take your time in the Mühltal valley to enjoy it. And all without any inclines, wonderful!!

The Köstritzer Schwarzbierbrauerei is a brewery in Bad Köstritz that belongs to the Bitburger brewery group. It is one of the oldest dark beer breweries in Germany.

Right near the Köstritzer weir and the grain mill. There is a bench at the end of the bridge and it invites you to linger with a beautiful view of the Elster.
