Located on the banks of the Carança River and at the crossroads of the GR 10, Spain and the Carança Gorges, the refuge enjoys a privileged location. Ideal for stopping over. During the guarding period, from mid-May to mid-September, the refuge provides 13 beds in dormitories, a catering service, showers and toilets. Campers can also pitch their tent near the refuge. The shelter now has light (2023). Comfortable place to spend the night with the noise of the river in the background. They have very delicious vegan options for food. There are no showers, to clean yourself there is a stream of very cold water next to it.
