Beautifully situated at Foxycamp campsite. The campsite is simple but wonderfully peaceful (we were there in early September) and run by very friendly owners. Virtually no mobile phone reception also ensures peace and quiet.

Magnificent Tiny House imagined by its owner! Don’t hesitate to go meet him. Passionate about renovation, he did an admirable job and mainly with recycling 👍🏽

The route is easy to drive, but you have to share it with a lot of pedestrians 😒.

During the running lap, you could explore the lake and enjoy the view of the water with the changing landscape.

From here you could enjoy the lake and its surroundings .

If you're looking for a scenic and varied hike in the Lorraine Regional Nature Park, you can run the Madine Lake Loop. This circuit will allow you to tour the lake and its peninsulas, where you can enjoy views of the water and wildlife. You will also pass by the Butte de Montsec, a hill on which there is an impressive American memorial and which offers a panoramic view of the lake. The trail is moderately difficult and suitable for running. The best time to visit is from March to October, when the weather is pleasant and the birds are plentiful.
