the whole "area" is simply beautiful and - - - so peaceful. I can't think of a better word right now. I live nearby and have been here what feels like 100 times or more - I'll be relaxing there for another 100 times :)

The count's mill at Heuzert, whose ban rights not only include the villages on the Nister, is probably a worthwhile endowment for the monastery. Mill guests from the villages of Kroppach, Giesenhausen, Heimborn, Ehrlich, Mörsbach, Kundert, Limbach, Streithausen, Astert, Heuzert, Lützelau, Marzhausen and the Lauterbach farm are encouraged to have their grain milled here. The circular route of around 3 kilometers in length, which begins at the Wilhelmsteg in Heuzert, is mostly flat, easy to walk and leads over three bridges (footbridges). For some unknown reason, the bridge has been blocked with a thick chain and rubbish for some time, or more precisely, the small bridge over the Mühlengraben. There is no apparent reason for the blockage... very strange and annoying :((
