Fantastic long and mostly undeveloped natural stretch of beach, with lifeguards near the campground. The best sand is to the west. On the east side the first few yards of the beach are mostly pebbles, at low tide the sandy sea bottom and sand banks make access to the water softer.

Bourvil, whose real name André Raimbourg (1917-1970) spent all his childhood there. The name of the town inspired its stage name. A stele in his memory is next to the town hall.
