This church is a late Romanesque masterpiece (end of the 11th century) of almost Cistercian austerity. It is located at the tip of a promontory overlooking the Grosne valley, opposite the ancient manor of the Lords of Brancion. It is topped by a square bell tower topped with a lava roof. Open every day from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. and from 1:15 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. (last entry 6 p.m.).

The medieval site of Brancion is an essential stopover in southern Burgundy. Brancion offers an exceptional panorama over the Grosne valley. The castle, which dates from the 9th century, also has a sumptuous church.
