Undoubtedly the highlight of the hike up Skogsbostigen-Hiaklitten. A magnificent view. For those who are lazy, this viewpoint can be reached via the short (but steep) trail from the parking lot.

The Skogsbostigen-Hiaklitten hiking trail showcases the naturalness and beauty of this beech forest area in all its facets.

It's the perfect spot for a leisurely picnic, and with luck, you might even spot an osprey. Be careful: there are a lot of ants.

A very beautiful hike with plenty of nature right through the forest. It's not particularly challenging, however, as there are some elevation gains on unpaved ground. You should be reasonably fit and, above all, wear sturdy shoes.

One of many “talking” Stones

The Bocksten Man (Bockstensmannen), the remains of a medieval man's body, was found on this site. It's one of the best-preserved finds in Europe from that era and is exhibited at the Halland Museum of Cultural History.

The wooden walkway takes you safely across the marshy ground.

This forest section is beautiful throughout the year. The sun shines through the trees, bringing an ethereal light to the surroundings.
