A lock tour takes place every second Saturday of the month at 3 p.m. It costs €5. The meeting point is the car park at the lock restaurant.

There is only one lock on the ESK. It is the largest economy lock in the world because it collects 70% of the lock water in 8 conservation basins during the valley lock and reuses it during the mountain lock without pumping.
