The first checkpoint takes us from Burgdorf to Kemmeriboden-Bad, about 50 km away. In the heart of the Emmental and surrounded by mountains is the popular excursion destination and traditional house, which was unfortunately hit by a severe storm in July 2022 and will reopen in July 2023 after a one-year construction phase.
