To get over Hilferenpass with racebike the best way is to take the higher section. You feel like you are in a cyclo cross tour but it's only for 200m.

A bit boggy but still always good to drive

The top of the Schallenberg pass? The must for all cycling enthusiasts in the region. Hardly anywhere else will you find such a winding and beautiful descent and you will hardly find yourself on such a well-developed road in the middle of nature. The switchbacks cost energy, but there is a mancherie at the top of the pass.

Unique view, unique way up. With persistent, calm speed, the decisive attack can be made shortly before the end and be the first in the café to be yours. Outlook? Unique. A must for every more or less ambitious cyclist in the area.

Lüderenalp, for many the Emmental ascent par excellence. Hilly, steep environment, very steep climbs and the beautiful Alpine panorama, all this is the Lüdere, as they say in this country, lives and loves. On the descent, watch out for the bus in both directions and especially the sometimes very sharp and dangerous curves and don't overpace, otherwise you'll fly 50 meters down the vertical steep slope. So super nice but to be enjoyed with eight.
