The view is truly phenomenal. To the north are the Willeskop lakes, and to the south, the vast polders.

Beautiful trip along lots of water. Trip over many paved "hiking" paths, with limited bike and car traffic. Nice restaurant with lots of parking.

This is the lookout tower of Willeskop. From here you can view the surrounding meadows.

A very nice route. We drove the tour on Thursday and stopped at the blacksmith museum open from 2-4 pm. The forge fire was lit and a short demonstration was given. A small but nice museum. Entrance was 4 euros for adults and 2 euros for children. Worth the effort.
