オルデンドルフ（ルーエ）のおすすめランニングルート

At the Lopaubrücke (near Amelinghausen) there is a wooden stamp box, which serves as an official stamping point for the Amelinghausen Heath Diploma. Each box contains an individual stamp, a stamp pad, and an information board or story (e.g. legends and fairy tales from the region). After collecting the stamps, the passport can be exchanged at the Amelinghausen Tourist Information for a personal hiking certificate (the "Heath Diploma").

氷河期末に形成されたロマンチックな谷。ヒースランド、ジュニパーの茂み、古いブナの林（「おとぎの森」）、そして中央にあるのどかな泥炭池が特徴です。

It's a shame that only a plaque now commemorates these buildings.

The heath was white where we were, but the heath is also worth a visit in winter. A great place!
