You'll pass through the historic village on the Kagerplassen lakes, with its beautiful old houses and charming harbor. On the outskirts of Warmond lies the Huys te Warmont estate, which dates back to 1780 and is now a private residence. The estate boasts a parkland forest with characteristic oak avenues and paths that is open to the public.

The Huys te Warmont estate is definitely worth a visit. On hot days it is wonderfully shady and therefore easy to endure. Be sure to bring something to eat and drink to enjoy on one of the many benches.
