The Wrex Church, with its distinctive four turrets, was built between 1845 and 1847. There is a legend among the citizens of Wrex that says that during a dispute between planners, a table fell over, and the resulting upward tilt of the table legs contributed to the decision regarding the design of the church steeple.

Church in Wrexen The current Protestant church was inaugurated on October 10, 1847. It is made mainly of Wrexen sandstone. It was built on the same site as the one that was demolished in 1841 due to dilapidation. The bell tower is relatively low because the ground on which the church stands is not suitable for supporting a heavier one. The tower is divided into four floors.
