Its symbolic source lies at an altitude of 1,386 m above sea level. It is enclosed in a brick ring with inflow and outflow, and its stone-paved surroundings offer benches for relaxation. In 1968, a wall of rough rock was added, bearing the coats of arms of 26 important cities through which the Elbe flows on its way to the North Sea.

A beautifully situated mountain hut under Śnieżka, on the Polish-Czech border. The hut is located at an altitude of 1,400 meters above sea level. There are plenty of places to stay, but as you can imagine, this place is very popular, so book in advance. The rock formations are located on the border between the Czech Republic and Poland. They are called "Svinské kameny" in Czech, "Trzy Świnki" in Polish, and "Sausteine" in German.

It's good that there are signs because otherwise it's hard to tell that this is the border ;)
