Very, very nice with very friendly service.

The hut doesn't open until June 27th, but there is a fridge with drinks available, which is a reward for the climb beforehand (€5 per drink).

Charming little hut with a relatively small menu, but the food (and drinks) are more than satisfactory in terms of both quantity and quality.

You just have to try the homemade products. Very tasty.

The smuggler's trail for children starts right at the mountain station. We discreetly follow the smuggler Luggi on his circular trail, which is about 3 km long. Depending on how long you spend at the interactive stations, the walk takes about 1 1/2 hours. The circular trail ends again at the Schafberghüsli.

Definitely try the bacon dumpling soup. It was absolutely delicious.

The small town of Gargellen is still considered an insider tip. It's wonderful for hiking in summer and skiing in winter. Hotel Bradabella is located at the end of a sunny high valley.
