An easy cycle path runs around the Dürlaßboden Speichersee. At various points along the path, the lake is easily accessible for a refreshing dip.

Get up early if you want to combine a bike ride to the end of the valley with a walk to the Zittauerhütte, especially when it gets warm and thunderstorms are forecast. The valley is beautiful. The bike ride is not too strenuous, so there is plenty of opportunity to enjoy the beauty of the valley.
