Very wide and flat hiking trail with easily passable cycle gates when the fences are closed to Oberlech or Zug

Directly on the slopes in the Lech-Zürs am Arlberg ski area

After the sweaty ascent, it is a welcome place to rest before heading rapidly down into the valley.

A nice "stop off" after the rapid descent over S0+ and gravel paths down from the Wannenkopf. Delicious food, cold drinks and very friendly service.

The path is easy to ride, although beginners should dismount and push their bikes in some places. There were very few hikers on the trail when we were there, so if you say thank you nicely when you pass, it will remain a combined hiking and mountain bike trail in the future.

A stop at the Hochalphütte is a must and gives you strength for the remaining meters of altitude and the sometimes rapid descent.
