Moderately difficult bike tour with a sporty appeal. A good level of fitness is required, but no special cycling skills are necessary. Only paved trails (asphalt and concrete road) – also suitable for racing bikes. The steepest climb, with a gradient of up to 11%, begins right at the start of the tour. Those who prefer a gentler approach can do the loop in the opposite direction – the maximum gradient is only about 9%. This route is particularly suitable for those who want to specifically improve their cardio fitness (VO₂ max): Ride 1–2 times per week, while maintaining a constant heart rate, you can achieve a noticeable increase in endurance – even at an advanced age.
