With a wide range of freshwater habitats, Frampton Marsh is a great place to watch rare species of birds. Each year, thousands of migrating birds gather in the nature reserve. You can expect to see avocets, brent geese, hen harriers, lapwing, and more. Managed by the RSPB, there's an on-site cafe, picnic tables, and a visitor centre.

It would be easy to miss Wybert's Castle as you are riding by, mistaking it for a green field. However, excavations of the site found evidence that people lived here during the 12th and 13th centuries. The area is a scheduled medieval moated site managed by Historic England.
