The cycle path is very narrow and sometimes a bit difficult to navigate on a road bike due to roots and slight ruts. Always ride slowly here. A gravel bike is actually much better here.

St. Catherine's Church, built in 1876, is a 19th-century neo-Gothic brick building. It is located on the church square in Wolmirstedt, not far from the town center.

It's a very pleasant ride. There are no gaps between the concrete slabs. Untouched nature, wild meadows, and the occasional large, gnarled tree.

A well-maintained cycle path runs alongside the county road between Wolmirstedt and Meseberg. This can also be used when traffic is light.

Well, it's a ferry. It goes from one side to the other. And you save yourself several kilometers. 😁
