Open during the day. 1614 is the oldest date in the history of the pilgrimage site of Our Lady of the Snows. The veneration of the Mother of God was first documented in 1756. The statue of grace also dates from this period. Empress Maria Theresa donated a piece of the cross to the church, which is still in use today.

The chapel dates back to the 15th century and houses a wooden statue from 1479 (see picture).

If the story is true then the 2nd Republic was founded here, but there are quite a few places that claim this for themselves.

Often hidden but still found throughout the area are farms and buildings that are several centuries old. It's wonderful when they are preserved or renovated.
