an old way line that runs from rose hill in Marple down to Macclesfield about 10 miles or 16 km ideal for cycling, running, horses and wheel chair friendly mostly level hard surface with some off routes .

Great pub with large beer garden at the back. Next to the old Higher Poynton railway station on the Middlewood Way. Also next to a cafe (for ice creams etc) and the Macclesfield Canal.

A steep climb or decent but worth it
