You can extend the walk as long as you want, to make it a complete circle you can use roads but we preferred to retrace our steps

There is limited parking in the station carpark and although there is no public right if way there is a clear well defined path through these beautiful woods which leads onto the Angles way

Worth just going onto the railway platform to look at the swing bridge which takes the railway over the river, even better if it’s in action,check the timetable!

The parish church has recently had a lottery funded renovation to return the building back to its former glory. It's worth a look if you passing and interested in the architectural history

Where Somerleyton lacks in local services it makes it back up in architectural and historical beauty.
