Simply great panorama with brilliant views

The village square in the town center is a wide, slightly sloping, imposing square with a neo-Gothic fountain. The square is surrounded by several impressive buildings, including the former bailiwick's office building and later town hall, the Rose Inn, the Löwen Inn, and the museum.

Small, but very beautiful old chapel! Very photogenic as well :)

Very popular and beautiful cycling path! The asphalt is in great condition, making for easy riding, and the path is almost entirely seperated from the main traffic, allowing you to enjoy the scenery stress-free :)

The "Mangold" cafe in Weiler is recommended. It's closed on Tuesdays, though. Then there's the Wucherer bakery. It has a small snack bar attached, with pleasant indoor and outdoor seating.

The chapel was built in 1710. The two saints of the chapel in Böserscheidegg are popular folk saints of the Catholic Church. St. Catherine helps with migraines and other illnesses. She defends Christian values against "learned unbelief": St. Anthony is invoked when one has lost something and is desperately searching for it. The Allgäu folklore says: Holy Anthony, you brave man, I've lost something, bring me here! Feast days: November 25 (Catherine) and June 13 (Antonius)
