Abandoned mill with some old machinery and a nice mini waterfall

To get some good views of the mill hike around the side of cressbrook and miss going through the tunnel

Looked impressive with the river being high

Would be amazing if someone renovated this one day to it's original glory. Has a lot of potential and let's you appreciate the history!

Nice area to stop by, have a snack and enjoy the peaceful noise of a running stream. Don't stop if you need to pee haha! :)

The Monsal Trail is an 8.5 mile (14 km) long bridleway route that takes in some beautiful places, such as Headstone Viaduct, and has superb scenic views throughout. It stretches from Chee Dale to Bakewell. The route follows the old Manchester to London Midland Railway line. It can be used by walkers, runners, cyclists, horse riders, and wheelchair users too.

Great viewing point for the river Wye below.

One of the prettiest villages in the peaks, quiet as people drive past it to visit Bakewell .Nice spot by the river to refuel and enjoy the view.

Ashford in the Water is a very pretty Peak District village. It's a nice detour off the A6 between Buxton and Bakewell. There is a nice tearoom and the medieval sheep wash bridge.
