"Gamble Bybro" is an interesting a picturesque bridge in Trondheim. It's supposed to bring good luck to those who cross it, so worth riding over it before heading out on your ride.

Geitfjellet is a superb objective for a hike from Trondheim. At 1,365 feet (416 m) it provides excellent views across Trondheim's bay and beyond.

The Skansen Bridges are a conspicuous sight in this part of Trondheim. The railway bridge is a type of bascule bridge, which opens to allow boats to pass through.
