It's a public beach with a bathroom and a hot open air shower, in the bathroom there are a few sockets if you need to charge something, just don't unplug the water heater. Camped there for one night without a problem. It's public so you can expect locals walking around in the morning but at night it's completely quiet. Respect the place, keep it clean and keep a low profile, it's a public beach after all.
