Horafrost 工場セグメント(並木道の部分)を出るとき、トラックを見つけるのに少し手間取ります。幸い、イラクサはありませんが、背の高い草があります。

An interesting anecdote concerns the name of the cemetery. It refers to a chalet that stood in the hamlet before the war. This chalet served as a point of reference for the soldiers and gave the cemetery its name.

Lindenhoek Chalet Military Cemetery is a British military cemetery from the First World War, located in the hamlet of Lindenhoek, south of Kemmel. The cemetery was established in March 1915 by medical posts and combat units and remained in use until October 1917. After the war, approximately 130 more graves from the battlefields around Kemmel were added. The cemetery contains the graves of 317 soldiers, 69 of whom are unidentified. The cemetery has a rectangular plan and is slightly raised above street level, surrounded by a brick wall.

The Gasthuisbosdreef in Zonnebeke is a beautiful route for mountain bikers, with a combination of straight sections and challenging forest paths. The avenue takes you through densely overgrown areas and along narrow paths that test your technical skills, especially in wet weather.

The Cloth Hall in Ypres is one of the largest Gothic-style civil buildings in Europe. Built between 1230 and 1304, it served as a covered market place for cloth, an important trade product in the Middle Ages. The 70-metre high belfry, which was built from 1250 onwards, emphasises the power and wealth of the city of Ypres at that time. During the First World War, the Cloth Hall was completely destroyed, but it was later meticulously rebuilt and completed in 1967. Today it houses the In Flanders Fields Museum and the Ypres Museum.

Although the fame of this place as "Peace Mill" refers to the First World War (a monument value that only acquired its current form in the summer of 2013), the history of the mill goes back to the third quarter of the 18th century. In 1766, a wooden post mill was built here. In 1879, the then owner replaced the wooden mill with the stone tower mill, supplemented a year later with a steam engine (in an outbuilding), so that milling could also take place when there was no wind. The current outbuilding dates from after WWI (1920).
