The Château d'En-Bas is a fortified house dating from the 13th century. You can admire its medieval architecture and learn more about its history thanks to the information panels on the site.

The know-how from 100 years, the various production stages and the impressive cheese cellar can be viewed in the show dairy "La Maison du Gruyère". At the foot of the town of Gruyères, the interactive exhibition "Le Gruyère AOP, as an experience of the senses" takes you away. the visitors into the world of Gruyère AOP. Between 9:00 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. you can watch the cheesemakers at work. The tour lasts 30 to 45 minutes and is done with audio guides. Afterwards, you can visit a restaurant to taste the specialties.
