Eight kilometers beyond the mouth of the Hermeton, this 1969 brick and concrete bridge offers the first opportunity to get out of the valley onto the right bank. The name Christine can be found somewhere in the concrete of the bridge.

With the brick building as a landmark, leave the path to the left and look for the bank of the hermetton. You walk to the place where you see the mouth of a stream on the other side, the ruisseau de Soumiée. Here you have to cross the river, aiming for the left side of the mouth of the stream on the other side. If you don't want your feet wet, you can also make the big loop via the Pont de Christine.
