ルイザ・ダヴェー（1894年7月13日、ヘント生まれ – 1966年7月20日、ブリュッセル死去）は、第一次世界大戦中に占領下のベルギーからベルギー軍情報部にドイツの機密軍事情報や物品を届けたベルギーの女性スパイでした。 1915年4月16日にベルギー軍がドイツのガス攻撃について歩兵部隊に警告を発したのは、彼女が密輸した情報や物品、特に最初のドイツ製ガスマスクの試作品のおかげによるところが大きかったのです。実際に最初のドイツのガス攻撃は、その1週間後の1915年4月22日に行われました。

Fun climb, but be careful on the steepest section (after the railroad crossing), because the road surface is in a bad state. That makes this segment pretty tricky to ride down.
