It is better to take the road to the mountain station and follow the hiking trail to Monte Rosa. Only then go on the route and follow the trail to Chiavari. Even if S3 is entered on the map, it is consistently S2 with a few S3 digits. From Monte Rosa it is a flowing trail if you are not a beginner. Fun is guaranteed and you will hardly find anything better.
