View from Hotel Isola di Lauria. The rain from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m. got worse and worse as the pictures show. I just drove through the place and can't say much about it. Lies on the edge of the mountains and was the largest town since the east side of Italy.

When the weather is nice, it is certainly a well-visited and wonderful place. I had strong winds from the side mixed with rain showers... everything looked very deserted.
