The Historical Museum of the Cavalry in Pinerolo, a symbolic city of the Italian Cavalry, houses a vast collection that covers three centuries of history. It displays uniforms, photographs, paintings, sculptures, dioramas and models, including a reconstruction of the Battle of Waterloo. It celebrates the School of Cavalry and the exploits of Captain Caprilli, world master of horsemanship. Considered one of the richest military museums in Europe, it can be visited all year round. It is absolutely worth a stop!

The open-air museum of Costabella is a unique collection of its kind, born from the passion of Mr. Elio Pons. Along the road, on both sides, you can admire a variety of vintage objects, tools, utensils and machinery from the surrounding area, many of them made of stone.

Going down into the Lemina valley

Parish church of Macello dedicated to Santa Maria Maddalena. Facade in a style between baroque and neoclassical, with a previous bell tower. Beautiful building. It is located a short distance from the castle, easy to reach on a road with little traffic. Worth a visit.
