Parco Bombarda is located near Monte Mancuso, about 20 km from Lamezia Terme. It is a precious natural oasis in Calabria. The area is dotted with numerous paths perfect for MTB, such as the climb towards Monte Mancuso.

Monte Mancuso, in the heart of Calabria, rises majestically between the Savuto valley and the Sant'Eufemia plain, reaching 1,327 meters above sea level. This mountainous region is a natural oasis with peaks, including Monte Castelluzzo and Monte del Greco, and a dense forest of beech, chestnut and silver fir trees. It is an ideal place for walkers, cyclists and photographers, with numerous hamlets set on picturesque hillsides. A hidden gem, just 20 km from the lively Feaci Kite Surf coast.

Near this part of the path, protected by some trees, is the Falerna refuge. The refuge itself is located at an altitude of 1074 meters.

Amantea is a municipality that in certain areas reaches up to 439 meters in height. There are various buildings of interest, including the Convent of San Bernardino da Siena, the Palazzo delle Clarisse, and the Amantea Castle.

Climb from Pietrebianche to Bombarda, the last 2 km really scary, with a slope of 18%. In this tour you find the new road up which is a bit more soft ... 12-13% but more feasible! be careful downhill, it's very steep
