Beautiful refuge reachable by a wide path.

Nestled among the peaks of Valmasino, the Alpe Granda Refuge is a welcoming stop for mountain lovers. With its 21 beds and home-style cuisine that celebrates local gastronomy, it offers a comfortable retreat after a day of hiking or mountain biking. Open almost all year round, it is an ideal starting point for exploring the surrounding peaks or simply enjoying the tranquility of the pastures and woods.

The refuge is located at 2086 meters above sea level and is a true jewel hidden in the splendid Airale Valley in Valmalenco, between the forest and a quiet stream.

A small alpine refuge on the Piasci alp

Alpe Ventina is a green and luxuriant valley, crossed by the Mallero stream and dominated by the Ventina glacier and the Disgrazia group. It is an ideal destination for a day trip, a weekend away from the chaos of the city or a relaxing time during the summer holidays. There are two refuges here, the Porro and the Ventina. It is possible to recharge your e-bike at the column of the Porro refuge.

The Gerli Porro refuge is one of the two refuges on Alpe Ventina. Here you can eat and stay overnight. The external location is exceptional, with a view of the Ventina glacier, and the refuge inside is very well kept: clean and quiet. It is a bike-friendly shelter: it has an e-bike charging station and a handy rack!

The Bosio Galli Refuge is a welcoming structure located at an altitude of 2,086 meters in the splendid Airale Valley in Valmalenco. It is the ideal starting point for more or less demanding excursions, such as the lakes (Zana, Arcoglio, Cassandra) and the mountain pastures (Zana, Mastabbia). Furthermore, it is an arrival and departure stage of the Alta Via della Valmalenco and of the Sentiero Roma. The cycle path that starts from Chiesa in Valmalenco is also beautiful.
