A fairly challenging route from the Zambla Pass, but the scenery is worth it. Hiking boots and a backpack are provided.

7月 10, 2025, Passo della Forca (1848 m)
Excellent vantage point overlooking the Arera complex. Easy to reach in both summer and winter (obviously, be careful in case of snow, especially if climbing from the north side). Suitable for everyone in summer (provided you're physically fit).

10月 15, 2023, Colle Gallo Ascent from Val Seriana
Colle Gallo is a classic among the Bergamo climbs. The climb from the Val Seriana side is slightly longer and gentler: around ten kilometers with maximum gradients under 8% for a height difference of just over 400 m. We go up the beautiful Lujo Valley. At the top, before the descent towards Lake Endine, there is the Madonna dei cyclists, the small cycling museum and a small refreshment point. https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Colle_Gallo https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valle_del_Lujo A possible nice circular itinerary includes the tour of Lake Endine and the return through the Valle Rossa. https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Valle_Rossa

Ascent from Gazzaniga of about 10 km rather tiring in the last few kilometers but fresh and with little traffic

9月 14, 2022, Passo di Ganda
The Ganda pass, at an altitude of 1,060 metres, from Gazzaniga is a climb of 9.1 kilometres, with a positive difference in height of 676 meters and an average gradient of 7.4%. A curiosity: it is assumed that, in the centuries following the fall of the Roman Empire, the area was inhabited by groups of people who came here to find escape from the raids and incursions of the warrior tribes that raged in the valley floor.

3月 13, 2022, Passo di Valcava
The climb to the Valico di Valcava pass is exactly as it has been described dozens of times: very easy to pedal in the first kilometres, then it drags a little at the 18% sign, but there are just a couple of ramps with a double-digit gradient. The last sign to arrive is very enjoyable and heralds the climb to the top. There is no water along the climb so take the necessary precautions.

The last 3 km have a truly remarkable gradient, 17/18%, downhill then the asphalt is in very bad condition.

11月 12, 2020, Valcava Pass (Torre de' Busi)
Valcava is a mountain locality, part of the municipality of Torre de 'Busi, at an altitude of 1200m on the pre-alpine orobic ridge between Monte Tesoro and Monte Linzone. It is known above all for being a road pass (Valcava pass) that connects the San Martino Valley, and therefore the Lecchese area, with the Imagna Valley in the Bergamo area, as well as for being home to countless radio and television installations.
