Castellaro Lagusello is a fraction of Monzambano. The village stands on a small hill overlooking a heart-shaped lake. The lake and the castle, dating back to 1100-1200, give its name to the small village it is part of. Access to the lake requires a fee as it is private property.

Castellaro Lagusello is a small medieval village that sits on a hill, near the iconic heart-shaped lake. The cobbled center of the village with the imposing castle is worth a detour. Not far from Castellaro is the nature reserve of the same name with beautiful dirt paths to cycle.

Beautiful square with access to the hill leading to the Rocca. There is also a remarkable view of the morainic hills of Garda and the various mountain ranges that surround it can be distinguished. Really nice.
