Along the country road between Torlino Vimercati and Vailate we find in the hamlet Azzone this old splendid tower. Singular residence located on the corner of one of the large agricultural courtyards of Azzano, it is divided into two distinct parts: the lower one is in classic style and dates back to the 16th century, the upper one is in neo-Gothic taste and of dubious dating, perhaps dating back to the 18th century . The interior contemplates two frescoed bands in as many rooms, with rural scenes and mythological characters. These are very interesting frescoes, probably from the late sixteenth century and of very uncertain attribution.
