From the Kreuzwiesenalm you have a wonderful view of the Peitlerkofel... Very nice mountain hut, which even has a sauna. The food is very tasty, and it's not for nothing that it's recommended by Gault-Millau. The camp offers a rustic place to stay overnight.

The area around the hut itself is simply worth seeing. Tip: Departure to the hiking car park with bikes that can be rented!!

Compared to the immediately neighboring Pranter Stadl Hütte, it's not as flashy. But still good food and great service. MTBs can also be rented here for the descent to the parking lot or town!!
