The “Stoober Plutzer” is one of the landmarks of Burgenland. The technical school for ceramics and stove construction in Stoob is the only school in Austria that, as a vocational secondary school, teaches techniques and craft skills in ceramics, slab and tile laying and stove construction. Student projects from this school can also be found throughout Stoob.
