From here you have a beautiful wide view over the Lahn valley. The roads have little traffic and are great for racing bikes. A little tip: Take the wind direction into account when planning your tour.

Here you can cycle 23 km from the Lahn to Montabaur through the scenic Gelbachtal with mostly moderate gradients. However, the valley is also popular with motorcyclists and day trippers, so that on nice weekends you are not exactly out and about alone.

Less a highlight for racing cyclists. They usually continue along the Lahn or turn towards Seelbach for the serpentines. As a starting point for hiking but very gladly taken. The Geothepunkt or the Arnstein monastery are great hiking destinations. In Obernhof there is an ice cream parlor to end the day. Easily accessible by train.

Limburg Cathedral, also called St. George's Cathedral after its patron saint, St. George, has been the cathedral church of the Limburg Diocese since 1827 and towers above the old town of Limburg an der Lahn next to Limburg Castle. The high location on the limestone cliffs above the Lahn ensures that the cathedral is visible from afar. It has seven towers, more than any other church in Germany.

The ruin is privately owned. The castle was built in the early 14th century. Built by Archbishop Balduin of Trier to control and weaken the lords of Westerburg at Schaumburg Castle (now Schaumburg Castle). Since the 17th century it was left to decay and even temporarily demolished.
