A managed refuge where you can rest and eat. From here, several trails lead to the summit of Mount Amandola, Castel Manardo, Balzo Rosso, or the Ambro Sanctuary. In front of the refuge, there is a barbecue area and a playground on a large lawn.

The refuge is located in a very scenic spot, offering excellent platters of cured meats, focaccia, and cheeses. Parking is available, along with large lawns offering shade for lunches and barbecue facilities. Very kind and hospitable hosts.

Small isolated rural village in the municipality of Amandola. It offers a splendid view of Mount Amandola and Mount Priora. There is also a fountain with drinkable water. From here there are paths to reach the Campolungo Refuge, Capovalle or the N4 path of the Monti Sibillini National Park

Much of the Apennine ridge overlooking the Adriatic has conformations of this type, especially in the Abruzzo-Marche area. The clayey soil, devoid of vegetation, is eroded by the water and this incredible landscape is formed.
