Leaving from Altino, taking a beautiful walk suitable for everyone, I arrived in front of Santa Maria del Pantano church under Vettore.

Small village on the edge of the Sibillini Mountains National Park, with castle ruins and great views of the beautiful landscape all around.

The Source is of the Miracle and not the Holy Source.

Very fresh water flows from this fountain. After walking the path from Altino, uncovered and under the sun, it's a pleasure to take a refreshing break here. A few meters away is the small church of Santa Maria in Pantana. Even if destroyed by the earthquake, it still exudes a particular charm.

Surrounded by species-rich hay meadows, enjoy the peace and quiet with grasshopper voices and a view of the mountains.

This spring is located not far from the remains of the church of Santa Maria in Pantano also known as Santa Maria delle Sibille for the four priestesses depicted in the interior frescoes. Unfortunately, only the ruins remain of the church and only the source remains to testify the importance of this crossroads.
