I always enjoy riding the Almtalbahn. From Grünau, there are many great destinations, such as the Zuckerhut or the Zwillingskogel. Various mountain crossings are possible. There are also beautiful destinations by bike, such as the Almsee. However, the Almtalbahn's transport capacity is limited, and a bike shuttle is nowhere to be found.
