Right next to the Ramseren Bridge stands an old oak tree. From one of its arm-thick branches hangs a long swing. A sign invites everyone to sit down and swing with enthusiasm, muscle power, and fun to dizzying heights. I'm 59 years old and tried it again after what feels like a thousand years. What can I say? The Kambly Experience is also easily accessible by public transport. The bus and train station is just a few steps away. There is also ample free parking for those who prefer to arrive by car. Just be sure to bring plenty of cash. Even though entry is free and the cookies on offer cost significantly less than in a shop, people still like to spend a few francs. And rightly so!
