I only tackled the Avigliana side, finding it a beautiful climb, easy in the first section, slightly more challenging in the section after the descent (but never prohibitive). Highly recommended for autumn, when you can enjoy the splendid colors of the forest that frames the climb. A detour to the Sacra di San Michele, a charming abbey rich in history, is highly recommended.

The Braida hill is an Alpine pass located at 1,007 meters above sea level. This pass connects the Susa valley with the Sangone valley: near the pass there is the Sacra di San Michele, a splendid abbey symbol of the Piedmont region.

The Col de Finestre is a must. It is part of the famous Septs Majors course. It is a demanding pass but the panorama during the climb is breathtaking.

Very panoramic pass that joins the Val Chisone from the Val Sangone, and therefore it is possible to reach it from both sides. From the Sangone valley it is an hour's easy path after the Fontana Mura refuge, while from the Chisone valley it starts from the Gran Faetto hamlet in the municipality of Roure
