We climbed on March 6th. The beech forest in its winter glory is a marvel, with a carpet of dry leaves on the ground and tiny patches of snow here and there. The view is stunning!

The trail is accessible again. A path has been laid around the private property, although it's not yet signposted everywhere. But it's fairly easy to find.

The northern section of the route is no longer accessible as it ends in a dead end (private property). Those who don't want to climb over fences and ladders should follow the road for the circular route.

"Lagh da Margözz" in the Ossola dialect, this fascinating body of water is located in the Lepontine Alps and owes its name to the municipality that overlooks it. Here, also thanks to the clarity of its waters, water sports such as canoeing, kayaking, windsurfing are practiced.
